Personal Training

My main role as your personal trainer is to provide you with motivation, prevent boredom and give excellent professional advice.

After our initial meeting I will analyse information discussed and design a programme which will enable you to meet your goals. I will generally change sessions every 4-6 weeks to keep your interest and also to encourage quicker development towards your personal goals.

I usually see clients 1-2 times a week at an agreed time. These sessions are generally one on one sessions, although I can cater for pairs or small groups if required.

I will exercise, supervise and encourage you during training and run through additional sessions which you can do by yourself. I will leave you with written guidance to help you with these. If you would prefer session plans with only one meeting a month please call to discuss.
