Initial Consultation

The free initial consultation has several components:

  • To introduce ourselves to each other
  • To establish an overview of your goals and requirements
  • To fill in several forms which are a legal requirement before we can start exercising.
  • To do a basic health assessment; recording blood pressure, height, weight etc.
  • To discuss your preferences to exercise so that I can tailor make your programme.
  • To discuss any strengths and weaknesses you feel you may have to help you achieve your goals.

This session will generally last approx. one hour and I will travel to your house or place of work to complete these steps.
